Table hosts hold the camera

Guests watch the album with one elegant password from the programme. Only your table hosts add photos — tell us how many tables, and we email every host their own access link. Each host captures their own table (credited by name), prints their own table card, and builds a keepsake book of their table's night. No phone-forest, no strangers' uploads.

The album on the big screens

The live wall runs on the venue screens all evening — new photos fade in moments after they're taken, with the QR code inviting guests to follow along from their seats.

A keepsake for patrons

Afterwards, the keepsake book — softcover, hardcover, or the Executive Edition — becomes an elegant thank-you for patrons, sponsors, and the committee. The AI writes the story of the evening; you take the credit.

How does the free week work?

Every event starts completely free for one week — no credit card, all features on. During (or after) that week, the host unlocks the gallery by purchasing a package or applying an event credit, and the album is theirs permanently. If the week passes before you unlock, nothing is deleted: uploads pause, your photos stay safe, and unlocking picks up right where you left off.

Do my guests need to download an app?

No. Guests scan the QR code (or type the address), enter the event password once, and upload straight from their phone's browser — iPhone HEIC photos and videos included.

Who can see our photos?

Only people with your event password. Galleries are private by default, every photo request is checked, and you can remove anything as the host.

Do you keep our photos? Who owns them?

Your photos are never ours. You and your guests own everything you upload — we hold the files only to run your private gallery, for only as long as your gallery lives. We don't use your photos to train AI, we don't use them in our marketing, and we never sell or share them with anyone. You can download the full album at any time, and the host can hit "Delete forever" to permanently erase the event and every file in it — including thumbnails and anything in the trash — from our servers in one click. When a gallery reaches the end of its life, the media is permanently deleted, not archived.

What does "Sign in with Google" share with you?

Just your name and email address — enough to create your account and send you helpful reminders (like a heads-up before your gallery expires). We request identity only: no access to your Google Photos, Drive, contacts, or anything else in your Google account, ever.

What sizes of events does it handle?

Anything from a dinner party to a 300-guest wedding. Photos upload at full quality up to 30 MB each, videos up to 200 MB.

How long do we keep the gallery?

Every event starts with a free week — plenty of time to collect the photos from the day. Unlock the album (a credit or one package) and it stays for 12 months on Celebration or 24 on Heirloom. Your photos are never deleted mid-trial, and you can download everything, including the keepsake book PDF, at any time.
